Catering Menu

Appetizer Buffet - $10 per person

Grilled wings - dry rub grilled wings served with blue cheese
and celery. Choice of Chicken, Cheese or vegetable
Quesadilla (choice). Chips and salsa.

Taco Buffet - $12 per person

Ground Beef, Grilled Chicken, soft and hard Tacos, Rice and
Beans, Lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, chips and Salsa

Fajita Buffet - $18 per person

Choice of two:
Fajita Grilled Chicken, Fajita Steak, Fajita Shrimp

Included:
Soft Tacos, Rice and Beans, Lettuce, Pico de gallo,
sour cream, Guacamole, Chips and Salsa.

Entree Buffet - $20 per person

Pulled Pork and rolls. Chicken, vegetable or cheese quesadilla (Choice). Taco Bar (grilled chicken or ground beef), Ceasar salad, house salad or vegetable platter (Choice of 1). Chips and Salsa.

Add On:

Vegetable Platter, Caesar salad or house salad
$2 per person when added to buffet.

Queso Cheese Dip or Guacamole
$3 per person when added to buffet

Drink packages are available with seperate pricing.
